Marina View Villas located in the heart of Port Dickson’s famous beach front Teluk Kemang is a 632 units, 3 blocks serviced condominium which opened its doors to the owners in 1999. The property was developed by MBF and subsequently handed to Cempaka Mewah. Since then Marina View Villas was under the management of these entities Time Share, Havilland & Oxbridge, Hokawai & Leisure Choice. In March of 2010, the Management Corporation came into existence and officially took over the management role and has since forth set out to maintain and manage the up-keep of the premises.

(3)    LETTING OUT YOUR APARTMENT

For a 2-bedroom unit, you can get rental return of RM400 per month from a Caretaker while the maintenance fees and other fees are less than RM200 per month. It is better to have your apartment occupied then to leave it vacant, as PDMVV caretaker will not only upkeep your apartment for you, and you receive a rentals.  If you are interested, please email to Tunku or Ring
